I called them on July 25 to repair my car FOB. After being here for hours the technician gave me a new key but the FOB could not lock or unlock the doors or the trunk. I called and emailed them to return and finish the work but I never received a reply.

This company charged a lot for work that was never done. The ducts and air coil were not cleaned. My wife and I were told not to go into the basement because the air was "poisonous" so we could not see what was done.
