This is the fifth time we have used Quality Potlight Inc. and every time we have been extremely satisfied by the quality of work, the professional service and the timely communication. Several months ago, Moe and his assistant came to install a new outlet for a washlet we had just puchased. I was amazed that despite having to fish the wire from the attic, they were able to complete the job with only one tiny hole in our ceiling (completely undetectable after Moe applied a little bit of filler). My husband and I couldn't believe our eyes. Today we had Angelo and Jeff put in an outlet for our new range. I was a bit nervous about the holes that would need to be created in our recreation room (in order to fish the cable to our fuse box in the basement store room) but was impressed that they made neat holes through the drywall and then returned the drywall (including screwing in the pieces) for an easy future repair. This was not an expectation on my part, and was a really kind gesture to leave a site in the best possible condition. This dedication to ensuring great craftsmanship and customer service is what makes Quality Potlight Inc. stand out from other companies. Thank you Angelo, Jeff and Moe for another job well done!

We were experiencing some water damage on our kitchen ceiling as a result of leaking coming from the balcony floor (flat roof) directly above. After receiving dramatically different quotes/opinions from several roofing companies, we had the good fortune of having Stepan come to our property. After carefully inspecting the balcony, Stepan patiently explained that the issue from our balcony was almost certainly a result of some gaps in the caulking, which we should rule out before diving into a bigger and more expensive repair. Stepan took care of this for us on the spot. He asked me to keep an eye on the issue and if there were any further problems, to contact him. I am so appreciative of his honest and common sense approach and will definitely contact him again in the future! Thank you so much, Stepan!

This is the third time we have used Quality Potlight Inc. and once again, they have not failed to impress! Moe was very responsive prior to the repair, patiently responding to any questions I had regarding the upcoming work. Tony came on time as scheduled, calling 20 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. He was able to wire our gate for a vintage light fixture, which required him to rewire the fixture, snake the wire through the hollow aluminum tubing and tap into our outdoor landscaping lighting system. Tony was able to manage to do this in a way that the wire blended seamlessly into the frame and ground. He also fixed a potlight that was not working by rewiring the fixture - a low-cost and efficient solution. Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and creative in solving our lighting issues. This is the second time I have used Quality Potlight and I could not be happier with the exceptional service that I received yet again. Angelo texted me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he would be at my house within the estimated arrival window. While he was initially booked to install 9 outdoor light fixtures, we identified several other issues while he was here (breaker repair, 2 switch replacements and an outdoor GFCI replacement), all of which he troubleshot and solved in a timely manner. He patiently answered my questions and concerns and ensured that costs were communicated before proceeding with any additional repair. We recently had our garage completely renovated by Invincible Garage and couldn’t be happier with how it looks and the process to its completion. We have been using Megacity Heating and Air Conditioning for well over 10 years now and have been consistently impressed by the level of service that we have received. This last visit was no different. Tony and Larry patiently answered all of my many questions. Larry spent a great deal of time to ensure he was making the proper diagnosis, which began as a bit of a mystery (leaking water from an unknown source). He came back as promised the next day to quickly repair the problem. This company is truly outstanding - they will never try to upsell you and take pride in providing exceptional service. We hired Quality Potlight based on the outstanding reviews on Homestars. We couldn't be more satisfied. Moe is easy to work with; he provided a fair and reasonable quote and was responsive through text and phone calls. Mike and Ali are true professionals. They installed our chandelier for us, spending time to ensure I was happy with the height and the arrangement of the brass rods. The light consists of 8 large, fragile glass balls that are suspended from a brass rod. During the installation, one of the glass balls broke (no fault to Mike and Ali, just bad luck). Mike and Ali remained calm, cleaned up the mess quickly and proceeded to finish the job (despite Ali cutting his hands from the glass). Once a new bulb was received, Mike returned and completed the installation as promised. We would definitely recommend this stellar company to our friends and family! Thanks again, Moe, Mike and Ali!

Aiman and Amjad came today to clean our ducts. They were prompt, efficient and very professional. Both brothers were happy to patiently address any questions I had regarding their process and even showed me a video of our home's ducts being cleaned at the end to demonstrate their vacuums at work. In addition, they took time to offer some advice regarding furnace filters. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Aiman and Amjad!

Donovan came to our house yesterday to fix our water tank, which was producing luke warm water. While he was here, he also kindly repaired a clogged sink with very little extra charge. I was very impressed by Donovan's honest and patient approach. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and repaired the two issues quickly and carefully. I would not hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to friends and family. Thank you, Donovan!

This is the second time we have used A Perfect Pick Locksmiths in the last 6 months so unfortunately we can only write one review for this amazing company! If I could, I would write several - John is that good. Once again, we had a lock that was not working. I called A Perfect Pick Locksmiths again based on excellent reviews on the HomeStars website and from my previous experience with them and I am glad I did! John, once again, gave me an accurate assessment of the issue and resolution over the phone and managed to fix our lock within 30 minutes - he also adjusted the bolts on the door frame and gave another lock some WD40 as it was a little finicky as well. Eveything is working perfectly now! John was again, extremely polite, punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again!

This is the second time we have used Francesco's company and once again we were extremely pleased by the result and his outstanding work ethic. Francesco is incredibly meticulous and hardworking. He fixed a number of things that were missed in the initial inspection (additional trim work, planks of wood that needed replacing) yet did not increase his written quotation. He kept us well informed on when to expect him and how the job was coming along. We would, without hesitation, recommend him to our friends and family and would absolutely use him again.
