I've used Zig's several times and always been happy with their service and price. Unfortunately, I had to try someone else because of a long weekend approaching and regretted it from the start. Now I have to bring Zig's in anyway to complete the job properly. Lesson learned
Super funny. The tech says the dryer duct is plugged and needs professional cleaning. When I removed the hose I can see outside (about a 6 inch run!)! There was no lint in the hose yet it was kinked. I was able to un-kink in 10 seconds. The CSR says I need all the ducts in the house cleaned as they are connected to the dryer vent! The apparently came from the head tech? Yet they wont talk to me? Anyone ever hear someone say a dryer vents into the home heating system? lol. Refuse refund and refuse to come back.
