Very impressed! Although a relatively basic job replacing a the builder-grade shower door in our master bathroom, Vlad and his coworker were such a pleasure to have doing the work. The fit was perfect, within approx. 1/16" on either side making it essentially water-tight. The installation was much quicker than expected and couldn't be happier with how professional and polite the crew was. Will absolutely use this company again and will always recommend them to others. 10/10 service! Upon submitting the online info, within 1 hour Alex responded. It was approx. 8:30pm yet he still offered to come that night. We opted for him to come the following day and he gave us a time frame of between 2-4 (way better than most places who give a least a 5 hr window). On arrival, Alex was very polite and within minutes had diagnosed the issue, and he clearly explained the different options and costs. Once fixed, he went above and beyond to check all of our toilets and faucets to ensure they were working properly. Considering the very quick response and arrival the next day, and his customer service, the costs were very reasonable! I will absolutely be calling Alex first for every plumbing issue, and will certainly recommend Awards Plus Plumbing to anyone wanting a true professional. Many thanks again, Alex!
