I was looking to give my kitchen a facelift and went with Countertops by Design. Samantha made sure all my questions and inquiries were handled in a prompt manner. I ended up need new doors last minute and she got them done ASAP. Her team is great and very professional. They installed everything and made sure to lock up my house as I wasn't residing there. Great customer service!!! Will definitely work with them again!

Drain Right Now was the first plumbing company I called to get a quote and timeline on switching out my toilet and vanity in my basement washroom baseD on the great reviews here. I called noone else and I am so glad - Tyler and his team were FANTASTIC! Tyler was so professional and prompt in his communication with me. Even when we had a time change he re-jigged his schedule to make it happen. Then he found out the vanity I purchased was damaged and actually offered us to return it to the store and do the exchange for us so we get what we paid for. We were going to just deal with it as we had no truck but Tyler went out of his way to do this for us. He didn't have to and we didn't expect him to but just to show you what a great person he is to work with and the fantastic customer service he gave. He installed everything without me being there and took away all the mess. I wish every contractor was like him. Definitely will be using Tyler and his team again! Thanks! Marwa
