Karl has done an amazing job for us 3 years in a row picking up my neighbors also. When another company failed us miserably, went bankrupt this year, Karl saved the day. They never failed too show up and gets the job done. Love thee fact he emails letting us know when her comes by.
I know I am overdue on this review as I owe the Team at Penta Plumbing a huge thank you for the excellent work you have done in my house these past years. Bathroom by Bathroom you have been excellent and fair to work with. Your staff are friendly professional and very tidy in their work. I could not recommend others who came in before you, charged me to tell me my toilet was leaking and would not even take off their shoes before i paid them. You came in quoted me a price then came back and did all of the work including building and installing a new shower enclosure. All i can say is you deserve a 20 out of 10 and I will always call Penta for my plumbing needs.
Poor service..none responsive...
I paid half up front, got 3 snow removals but they never returned to remove snow plow dumps after each storm as promised in their lovely email updates. The owner came by late fall had a great chat with his wonderful highly skilled people. Never again.
As you stated I personally visited your property and spoke with you.
We DO return after city graders, do 'car clean outs' the following day but obviously not as quickly as you would like.
