An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to document a short testimonial on the good work by Bowman Masonry Restoration Ltd. Guy Bowman visited our home and looked at what had to be done, he made some recommendations and said he would follow that up with a written estimate and price of exactly what he would be doing. Subsequently, they replaced faulty brick with new brick and mortar and did a very good job. In fact the work they did was much better than the original work when the house was built. The two men on the job were real professionals, they were polite and helpful, customer service oriented and they ensured we were satisfied with what they had done before they left. An invoice followed by email a few days later and it was paid. All in all I would highly recommend Bowman Masonry Restoration Ltd. C.E. McLean
