Move to new house - very poor customer service
Got a phone call the night before the move and was told that the 26ft truck had broken and they were sending me a slightly smaller truck. 3 movers showed up the following morning with a 17ft truck. All that fit into it was my boxes - I had to be out of my house by 2pm and had made serveral calls to NK movers, they assured me they were sending another truck for my furniture. At 1:30pm when they would no longer answer any of my calls I rented a Uhaul. NK movers charged me the complete price quote plus some, did not refund me for the uhaul I had to rent and are now not even answering my calls
