Fabulous friendly reasonable service. Called in dimensions of 2 pieces of glass to protect cabinetry . Was delivered within 24 hours. It may have been a small job but Hunter was very friendly and professional as was Jim who delivered the glass. Prices very reasonable Highly recommend.

I give Jafar 20 stars out of 10 and it without hesitation that I would highly recommend him. He has great integrity, professionalism and knowledge. He is extremely receptive , prompt, thorough and explains things to the homeowner. Like the time he repaired my fireplace, he had the parts for my hot water tank on his truck. On past visits he has fixed a fireplace and cleaned my fireplaces and made them like new. He detected a very slight gas leak and made all the necessary repairs. His rates are fair and reasonable and to top it off he is a very personable person.

I have used A Gift of Time for over 4 years & they have been some of the best cleaners I have used in +20 years. They clean my house every 2nd Thursday. Although would love to be scheduled for first thing in morning, we do not have a set time so Bea has flexibility to schedule her various jobs to work best for all. I am the reason they were late on the day related in the review posted Dec 10 2015. I had asked Bea if she could come in the morning first thing as it was my elderly uncle's 92nd birthday and his nursing home were having their family Christmas party early that afternoon. It was important for me to attend as my brother was out of town and I am his only other family. This was our Christmas/birthday celebration as my uncle is not well enough to join us at our home for Christmas. On the day Bea had 2 people call in sick that morning so instead of a team 5 they were a team of 3 and consequently took a little longer. Granted Bea should have contacted the client that they were running late but they working frantically to get all done being 2 persons short. Bea can sometimes appear somewhat brusk however she is fair & this take charge trait is reflected in the quality of the work she provides. I find by treating people with respect and understanding provides the foundation of a solid working relationship. Totally agree HomeStars is a platform to share experiences but I was quite disturbed that the review of Dec 10 review which was written with so much vehemence and personal attack was allowed to be posted particularly as it was done anonymously. This should not be a forum for vindictiveness.

Jafar provided service which exceeded all my expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, punctual, personable and does a very thorough job. I called him because a pilot light wouldn't light and I was so impressed that I had him service all 3 of my gas fireplaces. He took them all apart cleaned all pieces, repainted interiors where required, fixed a motor, adjusted the flames and taught me about features of the fireplace I didn't know about. Also appreciated he had the replacement part for my fireplace on his truck. We can't believe what a difference this cleaning did - we feel as if we have 3 new fireplaces. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Have dealt with this company for +15 years including recent installation of replacement AC this past July. CR have always done annual serving of furnace & AC so signed up this year for 3 year plan. Terribly upset when I heard I learnt that they were out of business & manner in which it was done. Gandy suggested I contact my credit card company and through VISA it appears I might be able to get a refund for the 2 years I did not receive service for on the Service Agreement.Note have all your documentation in order before contacting credit card company e.g copy of your agreement, confirmation of payment, proof they are out of business etc. Hope this is helpful.

Without a doubt the best cleaning service I have had in +20 years. Have used Bea & her service for + 2 years. Excellent cleaners, reliable, efficient, well priced, courteous, hard working, accommodating... a true Gift of Time.

Truly a "Gift of Time". Bea and her crew do a fantastic thorough job at cleaning the house (large) for a reasonable cost. With a crew of about 4, each have their jobs which are performed efficently with Bea effectively supervising all aspects ~ they are in and out in no time with the house spotless. They are reliable, punctual and flexible to accomodate your needs. Highly recommended.

Wow WOW WOW - Ken brought life back to our floors and results are fantastic beyond our expectations. He is a craftman, experienced, knowledgeable, a perfectionist with an eye to detail ~ which all show up in the final result. Ken is reliable - he is there when he says he is going to be there, he makes himself available when you need him which is critical when doing a multi trade reno project, he is hard working and his hours are dictated not by the clock but rather by the completion of the job, he is client oriented and friendly. I found him to be extremely trustworthy which is very important since during the refinishing with the Swedish Glitsa products it is necessary to vacate the premises for several days and leave your home in his capable hands. A true professional who I would highly recommend.
