I paid $79 to Groupon for this service. I realize I was to pay $10 per vent over 10, but the bill came to $189.84 I offered to write them a cheque for the $110 difference but was told that the company does not take cheques. They waited until I went to an ATM and got the cash. Also they were supposed to be here between 3 & 5pm. but didn't arrive until 7:30pm.

If some buy a voucher from Groupon according to Groupon deal they got service,
When you book the job leady explain you for extra vents $10 + tax . If you have more vents in you house that's why you paid $110 extra , company naver take cheques from Custumers but you can pay buy any card our technician told you but you said if you are not taking cheque will pay you buy cash .
For late he asked you and you said it's fine because we don't had space for you job our technician mange you jobs for that day.
