We went to Mobilia knowing that they had quality leather furniture. However, making the decision to buy a leather sofa suddenly became daunting for us until we met Reshma Nanavati who was like an encyclopedia of furniture information. She went around with us happily and tirelessly understanding our requirements and never put the burden on us to buy just because she had spent so much of time with us.
