We have been using Goutam's services for several years now. We believe that insecticide injections are making a big difference for our fir trees, and the elm has been healthy. Importantly, Goutam is very punctual and reliable: He always responds to email and is on time. In our experience with different garden contractors in Calgary, this level of reliability in both service and communication has not been common. We have also found Goutam willing to answer any questions we have - not only regarding his services, but anything related to tree and plant care, including in between his visits through email, as long as he has relevant knowledge and experience. We definitely recommend Goutam. I had to put in a number for the cost, so I used this year's invoice; but it varied over the years depending on project scope. Your best bet is to ask for an estimate specific to you.

We do not usually choose services when someone knocks on our door, but this representative made a professional and convincing case. She explained the procedure, provided a very attractive estimate, and said the work is done to customer's satisfaction (and re-done if need be). The work was efficient and thorough, and any questions we had were addressed immediately and intelligently.
