DISASTER!! On August 20, 2010, I had hired Guardian Seal (Joe E) to waterproof my basement (exterior- with weeping tile, blue skin membraine, etc). He provided a 25 Year Warranty Certificate. One year later, my basement repeatedly flooded again. Finally, in the fall 2015, Joe agreed to come back to redo his work. Sadly, I continue to have a series of floods. Joe never returns my calls. I have had other waterproof companies inspect his work. Apparently, he never even put in weeping tile to drain the water away. He has gone AWOL- missing. He never returned my calls and will not answer my questions!
