This company did not install my furnace but I have been using them for preventive maintenance and emergencies for several years and have found their technicians to be very pleasant to deal with and they get the job done. The only slight concern I've had is not with them but with the after hours answering service where a couple of times I have had trouble getting a message through outside of normal business hours; however, that appears to have just been a couple of unlucky coincidences.

We did 1/2 our windows this year and plan to do the balance next year. There was a minor manufacturing defect in one of the installed windows. We had some initial difficulties in resolving the issue through Consumers Choice customer service; however, upon escalation of the matter Consumers Choice showed itself to be committed to maintaining the relationship and assisting us - they called the manufacturer for us and arranged a service call -- problem is now solved. Consumers Choice did an excellent job of installing the windows. The workmanship is extremely good and the installers were a pleasure to deal with. We plan to use Consumers Choice to install the balance of our windows.
