This company is a great company. My dryer is on the second floor and most companies would not even entertained my request. Diego explained the pros and cons over the phone and sent an email confirmation to ensure I understood the work that would be completed in my home. The technicians were efficient and knowledgeable. They were even accommodating to our parking situation. They ensured to vacuum each end of the vent. They came down to explain what the condition of the vent was and what they did to clean it. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.
