I only wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to my call with Mr. X - the most unprofessional, confrontational, and rude staff member I have ever spoken to in my life. The reviews on this site are all consistent with their customer no service level. With my experience it goes a little further. To my surprise, this morning, I received an invoice requesting payment for lawn treatment. Apparently, back in November 2010, I had verbally agreed to continue service. Now, how someone can remember what they verbally agreed to nearly 6 months ago, I have no idea, but I am sure this is part of their unfair sales practices. Mr. X refused to listed to anything I had to say and threatened to sue me, yes sue me, not send me to collections, but right away take me to court!
