Marco and his team were courteous and professional. They did a great job of repairing my stucco wall within the timeframe that we agreed upon. I certainly recommend this company.

Burim and his team were very professional and responsive. I had hired a stucco contractor (named in my other Homestars review) previously who did a cursory job on my front wall and blocked one of the windows. They ignored my repeated requests to come back and correct their error. BVB team performed the necessary repairs diligently and now I can open my window again. They also went extra miles to fix a couple of boo boos made by the previous contractor. I certainly recommend them.

The good thing I can say about them is they finally finished the Stucco job on the front wall. However, after the they were done, one of the front side windows would not open. I showed them the issue and they said they were behind for other jobs and promised to come back and fix it. I have been waiting since June and they never showed up. I have made many attempts to contact them via phone, email and text with no luck. I have brought few Stucco contractors and they all said the Stucco has covered the window and that's why it does not open. Now, I have to pay another contractor to fix the issue. Overall, the team did a mediocre job. The Stucco looks good but they caused a lot of mess around the house which was only partially cleaned up. If you hire them, make sure to discuss all the details ahead of time to avoid surprises and watch them regularly.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the window’s functionality is irrelevant with the parts we have done. We have already stated that the window was not functioning properly, and as complimentary we offered to help about it. Understandably, since we were in our peak season, we were not able to help you with the window. Many other examples of our service, which we did not reflect any additional costs to our customers as a compliment, can easily be found. About the cleaning, we carry out all our service meticulously, including cleaning and final touches. We have never had any complaints neither from costumers, nor from any neighbours about the issue in none of our service before. It is surprising for us that you have not even mentioned about this problem until you wrote this review…We wish you good luck with the window and a nice day, also we wish patience for your new contractor…

Overall, junk removal was done properly but this is one of the most expensive junk removal services you can find in the GTA. I had a bathroom recently demolished and it cost me $866 to get rid of it. Almost everything was bagged already and left on the driveway. Aside from that, they lifted the shower base (already detached) from the bathroom and also pieces of wood from demolition left near the bags and put them in the truck. The Good: Their crew was professional and friendly. I was told they'd show up Saturday between 9:30-10:30 AM but they came around 9:15 AM which is OK. It's better be early than late. The bad: I was told the crew would give me an estimate upon arrival which did not happen. I was told the customer service would let me know the total before charging my credit card which did not happen. They were actually quick to charge my card and called me after. I had tried a couple of times to change the appointment to a later time on the same they but I was told the only time slot available was 9:30-10:30 AM. However, the crew told me I was their only customer for that day. The ugly: They held $1000 on my credit card before the service was delivered which means lack of trust. Overall, 1/8th of the truck was filled but since they charge per weight, the service cost me way more than I expected. I had to trust them with the total weight but could not verify the trust. Complaining to their customer service and speaking with the owner of the company did not bear any fruit. Be careful when using a junk removal service which charges per weight. They are not like most of the other service that charge per truck load size which you can verify once the junk is loaded to the truck.

Thank you for taking the time for writing the review and for the "good" portion.

As for the "bad" portion, we are very sorry to hear you found our service expensive. Prior to hiring us, our pricing and payment methods were explained to you in great detail. The crew can give a rough idea of weight but without actually weighing it, it is extremely difficult to provide accurate information.

We cannot ask for authorization to charge the credit card after everything has been weighed as the work was all completed. Which is why we disclose all charges and expectations prior to completing and taking on the job.

The appointment could not be changed to a later time on sat as the landfill closes at 12pm and this was explained.

The "ugly"

Not certain as to why you indicated we did a $1000 hold as this is not our policy nor was this done?

Junk removal is based on weight and no other charges (hourly, truck expenses etc) are charged. A weigh scale ticket was immediately provided to you indicating the actual weight of your items.

We pride ourselves on full transparency and we have never been questioned before re: our integrity

We are truly sorry you felt that your items weighed more than they actually did. We are also sorry you feel you have paid more than what you thought you should.

We did take your call and our CEO did in fact get in touch with you. At the end of the conversation, it was clear that you were upset that your items weighed more than what you thought. That unfortunately, is out of our control.

We do believe we provided a great service for a great price.
