What an amazing experience dealing with Yusuf and the Maple Fence and deck team. I found Yusuf through home stars and had great reviews, He came to meet with us to put together a quote on our project. (Elevated deck, 12ftx7ft, with skirt, picture frame finish, composite material, and door under the deck for a storage space) We contacted over 10 companies and received estimates from 5 and Yusuf was the most competitive. We gave Yusuf our idea based on pictures we saw on line and he was ok with delivering our design. During the process he gave us great ideas we incorporated on the final design and agreed on a price. We had a pool and patio installation going on at the same time and Yusuf was very accommodating on when to start the concrete post foundation, so the patio people could work around it, and then start the work later to accommodate the other contractors. And even when the other contractor damaged the base Yusuf installed he fixed it for us and moved on with his part of the project. He was very understanding of everything and had an amazing customer service attitude, by far the best contractor we have had in our back yard project. The project was completed in just 3 days, and Yusuf and his team worked really hard to deliver a flawless installation. What I would say I was most impressed with was how much he cared about the job his was doing, Yusuf and his team put true love on what they do, you see how he put so much care so all the screws were aligned everywhere equally, all the corners matched perfectly, all the finishes were flawless. Job was finished ahead of time, they kept all materials clean and organized, they cleaned the whole area after they finished, showed up on time, finished on time, and no surprises… Only positive surprises every day when I got back home and saw the project advancing!!!! What an amazing job!!!! I will recommend him with my eyes closed!!!! What an amazing experience!!!!

And the quality of the work was amazing!!! We are super Happy with the final result! We are very happy with the experience dealing with Quality Pot Lights and will be happy to recommend! We had 21 outdoor lights, electrical switch and a super smart dimmer that you can hook up to your phone to control your lights! The house looks like a castle :)

Tom was beyond fantastic!!! He was very professional, we trusted him with full access to our house. Very responsible, gave us some design suggestions and he found us a discount on the tiles thru olympia tiles. The quality of his work was impecable, and the work was completed in the time expected. We have reccomended Tom to at least 5 friends... he was great... when we do our washroom we will call him for sure!!!!

The home reliable team came and installed a new A/C... they were going crazy with the amount of people asking for their service but yet they didnt make me wait... Installed a brand new A/C in about 2 hours and they pretty much finished working around 9 to 10 PM...thats how committed these guys are to their work... They are hard working people and they stand by their products, the second day after the installation i got a weird noise on the brand new A/C... I called them and he came within minutes and discovered they missed something on the installation... They were very apologetic and suggested that if that happened again they will replace the whole unit. Extremely professionals, honest, decent and hard working people... Thats really hard to find these days... Im planning a humidifier insttalation and a bigger filter for my furnace... I didnt shop around i just went to these guys for a quote... because you cant put a price to the service they give... Keep up the good work guys!
