We called Mint Duct Cleaning on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message but Ray picked up and offered very upfront pricing & description of his services. He showed the very next day not just on time but early (which says a lot). We have two young kids at home and he was kind enough to accommodate their nap schedule. Not only did he do a very professional and thorough job of cleaning our ducts, air return, AC coils, etc... he made sure to explain what he is about to do so we know what to expect next. Our recently finished basement made it hard for Ray to access some of our lines so he had to get creative with drilling a few access points (also explained to me prior to drilling). This was added work for him and he could have very well not done it without me knowing the difference. All in all, I highly recommended Ray and his team to anyone looking for duct cleaners. We look forward to having them back in 2 years.
