My job was to install a dishwasher. I called Glen at 10 am. He arrived at 1pm with his crew. They took off their shoes, didn't mind my dogs and did a great job. The price was even reasonable.

This past year I used your services. We live in Scarborough. I wouldn’t normally but my neighbour on one side decided that lawn care was optional. Weeds took over their backyard so bad that the thistle plants were taller then our fence. The seeds decided to spread into our lawn. We were offered lawn services from your competitors beginning in the middle of the previous winter. Our requirements was a specific price point or don’t call us. None of the competitors matched the price, none called us back. Only Dr. Green. You had me at “ Yes, Ma’am. We can meet that price.” The technicians arrived when they said they would. When a confusing part of our property was missed for weed treatment it wasn’t a problem to have a re-do. When the rain washed away graduals 20 minutes after application, again, it wasn’t a problem for a re-do. Next year the pre-purchase spring/summer/fall plan was even cheaper then my original price point, so we signed up again. Keep up the reasonably price, excellent service and good work and we will be your customers for life.

Punctual, diligient, problem solvers but expensive. Our large back patio needed the stones lifted, crushed limestone added and leveled, stones put back down and stabilizing sand with weed killer. We added a few decorative stones to go along the house but otherwise we reused our original stones. They wanted to replace all our stones with new. We thought that was ridiculiously wasteful. We wanted them to be power washed. They wanted to charge $600. Nuts to that! We wanted 3 steps to match the level of the patio. They charged $150 for this "extra work", In the end we were happy with the work BUT get everything in writing. Make sure you know what you want, what material you will be using and DON'T do any add ons because they will charge you through the nose.

Punctual and thorough. A little pricey but I asked them to tap in a few nails that were sticking out from the roof, which they did, no problem. Note their invoice says "Complete Eavestroughing" not Armstrong & Nelson. They flicked a few leaves in my neighbours yard, not realizing I was watching, they used plastic bags to throw out the leaves when I provided empty plastic buckets for yard waste disposal and the older gentlement was in quite a hurry for the younger worker to be done. Great job. Just a little unprofessional but they can improve on that.

Punctual, knowledgable and completed the work. The hot water faucet was corroded near the laundry tub. Tracing it back to the entire house valve found that one corroded too. Tracing that back to the valve in front of the house found that one broken. Bradshaw plumbing explained how the city worked to fix the house valve. On booking another appointment their receptionist explained more about the city and the timeline so she could have her guy in the area. It's a good thing we traced all these problems and fixed them. If not and we had a leak in the house we wouldn't have been able to shut it off. The city would not have been able to shut off the valve in front of our house and we would have had to shut off the street valve and inconvenience our neighbours.

Arborist who quoted was thoughtful, intelligient and balanced our need for sunlight for a garden vs. the future growth of the tree. Quote was very reasonable as we had them come out during the warm winter weather. Men were "monkeys in a tree" - very comfortable with chain saws at great heights and cleaned up after themselves.
