I hired Frank for a full roof replacement through HomeStar. He was very quick to respond, took time to clarify what the next steps would look like and went into detail on what is recommended. His crew arrived on time and worked hard through the day to have the job completed within the day. They made sure to clean up the area thoroughly before leaving for the day. The end product looks greats. Price is very reasonable, but the communication and time Frank spends with his clients is what impressed me more. He took time to come back for a final inspection and walkthrough, as well as took photos of the work in progress for me from the top of the roof.

I had a dishwasher problem and leak. I sent a request on home star and Bruce gave me a cal quite quickly. He was able to accommodate me in a time and date that works with my tricky schedule. Bruce arrived on time and took the time to explain everything to me. As well as pointed a few things to look out for and cautioned me on (ie. there was evidence of potential mice). Installation went smoothly and he made sure to clean up as much as he could afterwards. Bruce also followed up with me to make sure the dishwasher was working well. Would definitely use service again.
