I could not be happier that I chose Steele Pools to construct my pool this summer. Aaron showed his commitment to our project by being punctual and working diligently and precisely, every day that he was on our site. His attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality of workmanship was impressive and inspiring, especially in an industry when many just want to get the job done quickly and get out. I also appreciated the calm, respectful and pleasant nature of Aaron and everyone whom he brought onto our property - it is not necessarily easy having people it your backyard working everyday, but with Aaron and his crew, this truly was a pleasure. Laura was equally phenomenal from the customer service/communication side of things. Her updates as the work was progressing were thorough and informative. Any time I had a question about anything, Laura was just a phone call or an email away - I knew I could always count on her for a timely reply. She also went the extra mile to do her best to keep our entire backyard project running as smoothly as it could from start to finish (both the pool construction, and the landscape work which was done by another company.) Both Aaron and Laura genuinely care about providing their customers the best, not only in terms of both pool construction, but customer service and satisfaction as well. Thank-you Aaron and Laura for our beautiful pool and for the wonderful experience.
