If you need a glass shower door - I would recommed Mirror Interiors. They are quick to provide quotes and follow-up on service. Installation was very professional. The door was of high quality products and they do tell you how to maintain it clean.
This spring I needed to start some gardening. This is area is not my strong point. Customer service at Terra is great. They take the time to give you advice on the various number of plants to choose from (seasonal, ease of maintenance and curb appeal). I will certainly continue to go to Terra for my gardening needs.
Dining Room Set (Table, 8 chairs and buffet)
I bought a dining room set from Upcountry summer 2006. The set was deliverd early spring 2007. I had to continuously chase them down to check on when the furniture would arrive. Finally after they did deliver the set, the buffet had a crack in the corner. Customer service agreed to get it repaired to look like new and I agreed. It took another 4 months of follow up and in the end I did find one lady that did help in following up to actually send someone out to get the buffet patched up. In summary, slow to deliver, lack of customer service.
