From the moment we ordered our blinds through Darlene Kuik to the installation by Luiz Holanda and Mike Susani the process was a lovely experience. Darlene was thorough, knowledgable, and gave the impression of honest interest in having satisfied customers, she answered all our questions and was pretty well right on with our delivery date. Our installers Luiz and Mike were careful, considerate, professional and curtious. They did an excellent job of installing our blinds. We love the look of the blinds they provide privacy, lower the overall temperature of the solarium, and protect our deck furniture from fading. We give this team a five star rating from our experience.
