I hired the Gardener for year-round service last September. The one service that was carried out in a timely manner, with proper pro-service and post-service communication via e-mail was the snow removal. However, direct communication between client and service provider regarding grass cutting, fall cleanup and others have been poor, with several calls or emails going unanswered. The last straw was the serious damage caused to the interlock on my driveway by the snowplow leaving rust and scratches everywhere. An email including pictures went unanswered, and a promise to get back to me during a follow-up phone call was not fulfilled. I’ll be terminating my contract with this company, and obviously could not recommend it to others.

This review comes rather late, but we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful Silhouette window coverings that New Image Group installed in my mother's apartment. We were fully satisfied with every step, from initial consultation, choice of product and colour, measurements and installation. Ivano advised us well, and worked very efficiently. The window coverings look very elegant and are easy to use - especially important for a senior.
