Adam, the owner came to quote the job and scheduled it for today. Early in the morning Vulkan and his team showed up. He was very polite and explained clearly what they were going to do. We just moved to Oakville and needed to purchase new chairs. When we arrived to the store, we were welcome, offered support but most importanly we were allowed to look around without feeling the pressure of the sales person. If we had any question, he was always around to help, but we never felt annoyed nor pressured. It was a really great shopping experience.
