Repair Falling Stucco is Master Bedroom
I saw the Mr Stucco truck in my neighbourhood one day and called for a quote. Our house is over 25 years old and we had water damage in the ceiling which made the stucco in a corner of our bedroom start to fall down. The gentleman who came for the quote was professional and detailed. We decided to go with the option of patching the damaged spot. The 2nd gentleman who came to do the repair did an outstanding job. He was courteous and by far provided the best customer service I have received - Given the issue with the ceiling he went above and beyond to resolve and I am most grateful for his patience and willingness to help. The ceiling looks amazing, you would never know the issues beforehand. I should have actually taken a "before" picture! Again I am most appreciative and would definitely recommend Mr Stucco to any friends and family.
Finding mould growing in our basement this past spring, was quite stressful. We received a couple different quotes but after meeting Charles, we were impressed with his calming and professional manner as well as the cost involved. Overall, we are happy we hired him and pleased with the work done. I would rehire him again.
Foundation repair and Wall Restoration in Basement
Attila came recommended to me from another company we had used for mould remediation, after discovering mould and water leaks in our basement this past spring. I usually prefer to stick to contractors already rated on homestars, however I decided to make an exception after meeting Attila. His price was competitive compared to another quote, and after our discussion i can see why his company came recommended. Honest, straightforward and professional. After the mould removal company was done their part, Attila then worked on repairing the outside foundation and restoring our walls. I really appreciate he also helped us out with removing and disposing of some cinderblocks that were left on the side of our house from previous owners. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Install new toilet and troubleshoot pipe issue in upstairs bathroom
I had called around to a number of places for my project but chose A Alert because of their upfront and reasonable pricing and professionalism. Our plumber Wendell was methodical in troubleshooting our issue yet conscious on wanting to save us money. We had a leak from the bathroom come into our kitchen below but luckily we didn't need to cut a hole in the ceiling to assess the pipes as Wendell was able to fix the issue when the new toilet was installed. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any future plumbing projects!
I would not hesitate to recommend Red Robin, and would definitely use them again for any additional work needed. Dave is professional with excellent follow up. The work we needed done was under the minimum charge however they added in some additional minor fixes as well that was most appreciated. We had the work done in Nov 2011.
