They have a very knowledgeable sales staff that explained the solutions without being overbearing. They had a very competitive quote and an excellent package at the show. The installation was carried out by experienced technicians who carefully did a very neat, clean job. I was very pleased with the work done and actually gave them a second installation job within a month for which I am equally delighted. in both installations I took a package which included an air conditioner, humidifier, programmable thermostat and a high performance filter.
