I really appreciate Rodman's integrity and their service. I called Rodman for second opinion about my Furnace and they saved me thousands of dollars. Steven from Rodman checked the furnace and ensured me that the furnace is not defective and showed me the reading of carbon monoxide emission which was way-way below the limit. I should mention that I had protection plan with another company and when I called them for monthly maintenance of my 10 year old furnace; their technician shut off the gas to the furnace and attached a red tag to furnace and without showing any proof told me that the heat exchanger of furnace is defective and emits carbon monoxide and suggested that I should buy a new furnace and send a salesperson to sell me a furnace.
