In a nutshell Archie Horn charged me for two separate visits to install water shut off valves. The original visit was lumped in with the other condo units in the building and no work was done. In fact they needed to return to actually do the work that they claim to have done originally. Major frustration since every time plumbing work needs to be done the main water shut off for the entire building needs to be turned off and this is on my bill!

Technician was excellent! Neat thorough and reconfigured some of the pipes which are now in a better position!

Do your due diligence. Pathetic excuse for an evaluation. No consideration for the unique location or lot size for a home on the SC Plateau. Comparisons were done with homes in the area of less quality, site and situation. Do not use this service.
