They were attentive during initial conversation about the project. The quote was detailed and fair. They were helpful in figuring out what we wanted to do design and color-wise and were prepared with sample colors to look at right away. They were also able to advise on the kind of paint to use in different areas (ex. Bathroom) to ensure durability. They were also able to do a couple minor repairs (ex. baseboard), which kept the project going and within the time frame. They were also responsive to a couple modifications as the project went on. At the end, everything looked great, done within agreed upon timeframe, and we were happy about the result. They even came to do a few touch ups one we carpeting installed afterwards. I would hire them again for future jobs.

We were looking for blinds that could keep out heat and darken rooms when we needed them to be. Tom asked what we were looking for and was able to guide our decision appropriately. He was very knowledgable about the products and was also able to work within our budget, working out a few possibilities before we made a final decision. Installation was prompt once the blinds arrived and any issues resolved right away. I would definitely use this company again.
