Our furnace was in and out. They sent someone to take a look. He said he did not know what was wrong with it and to call a plumber. Then we got this insane bill for someone who did absolutely nothing! When we called to address it, Wendy yelled and threatened to take us to court. I explained that they should be responsible for who they subcontracted. She did not seem to think so. Buyers Beware. No regard for customer service.
