The company refuses to correctly reinstall a gas patio heater. Their original installation did not meet the manufacturer's specifications, yet they signed off (with the BC Safety Authority) that the installation was according to code. The gas Safety Authority has confirmed the incorrect installation. Three independent 3rd party companies confirmed the same. The manufacturer confirmed the incorrect installation and provided specific instructions for proper installation. Despite having responsibility for the poor installation CJ is trying to pass the buck to the development company and is now disconnecting the heaters.
