Our rental condo tenant called stating that one of the two HVAC unit was not working. I was expecting a major repair as the management has been promoting replacing the units in the building built in 2004. I did not bite. Alex found a simple problem with air block in the pipe which he solved in a very short time. He also reassured me the main unit is not in need of replacement yet.

Our bathroom faucet was making a noise. I wanted to replace it with both volume and temperature control. At his first visit, Jeremys advised me on the products needed and that it would require access from the back which happens to be in a closet. I purchased the products. Jeremy installed the items with minimal fuss in just under 3 hours. He came with a plate to cover the hole in the closet.

My rental condo cooling and heating unit began making unbearable noise. My tenant in rental condo found the noise very disturbing he could not work. I called a 9.20 and the technician was there at 4pm as promised. He replaced 2 components and it cured the problem. I felt that the price was very reasonable. The company is used by our condo corporation and I considered that sufficient recommendation and did not get another quote.

We moved into our condo 15 month ago. The condo was built in 2002. The original builders was to wall mirrors and the medicine cabinet mirrors showed multiple areas of black on the periphery. We chose to frame the mirror which would cover the black patches. The end result looks very good and the frames chose match the decor.

I have a rental condo. My tenant called that the dishwasher was not cleaning the top drawer dishers. I asked her to call Appliance repairman. She was quoted 80 dollars for the service and if any work is done there would be additional cost but 80 dollars would be waived. I spoke to technician after he inspected the unit and told me what needed to be replaced Total cost would be 280 dollars. I asked to go ahead and paid him with visa after he had done the job. The bill stated that it needed more parts over 600 dollars. The technician did not tell me that on the phone but it was on bill that my tenant signed. I purchased a new dishwasher from Leons. .

There were many items of furniture to move. It was done vey efficiently with no damage to new floor or furniture.

Kitec plumbing was being replaced at 153 and 155 Beecroft. We lived in a condo at 155 and had moved to another condo. Our unit was scheduled to have the Kitec plumbing replaced in 2018. As we had plans to rent the unit in January 2018 , Southern Cross oblidged and did the work December. The job was done in 3 days. There was minimal dust and after the drywall was patched and painted one would be hard pressed to note that there was major work done. I have seen videos on Kitec replacemeent from other companies. The job done by Southern Cross was much neater and less destructive. We also had Kitec replaced in the condo that we had upgraded to . The cost was much higher but it was one unit only in a condo with 150 units. Considering limited cooperation by the Condo management which was undergoing a crisis the job did take about a week. The pictures are from the second condo. After the drywall was patched and painted the only visible evidence is a bulkhead in corner fo the dining room. Just as it is impossible for a surgeon to operate without some bleeding it is impossible to cut and patch drywall without dust. You cannot expect miracles.
