We reached agreement to hire Peter for our bathroom renovation in October 2022 but due to his busy schedule our project didn't start until Jan 4 of this year. But we knew from our research he would be worth the wait and he definitely was! Our project involved turning our existing tub and shower combo into a curbless shower, gutting the walls down to studs and replacing all drywall. Peter also climbed into our ceiling crawl space and replaced the old rusted metal with flexible plastic ducting and ensured that this is connected to the vent in our roof since mildew has been an issue for us for years. To make our curbless shower happen, Peter had to reposition and reroute plumbing underneath the floor and behind the walls. This part of the work is often overlooked because we don't see it once the project is done but his expertise here is exceptional. He is very much a perfectionist and his tile work is proof of this. We often find ourselves looking at how straight and aligned the wall and floor tiles are. It is a thing of beauty. Our old and dated bathroom has been transformed into a space that suits our needs but is also beautiful, modern and spacious. This review wouldn't be complete if we didn't comment on Peter's work ethic. He and his assistant Nick (who is a gem!) worked hard every day for 2 weeks during our project. We are always kept up-to-date on the progress of the work and consulted each time a decison needs to be made. Peter is a consummate professional and refuses to take shortcuts or the easy way out.From our conversations with him, it is easy to see that his concern is always for the client. Peter and Nick made sure to protect our floors and kept their work area clean and tidy at the end of each workday. There were several air purifiers going at any given time to keep dust to a minimum. We appreciated this so much from a health standpoint. We are very happy to have chosen Peter for our bathroom renovation. He was a pleasure and joy to work with and we would recommend him to anyone without a second thought. Thank you, Peter and Nick!
