Sal is first class when it comes to quality of work and customer service. His team completely revived our backyard and front lawn. Admired the attention to detail and small tricks that make the overall project look amazing but also expected to last forever! Thank you again to Sal and his team for their work on our backyard and front lawn, already have neighbours asking for referrals! Would not hesitate to work with Sal again.

Great install by Denis and his crew. A couple of hiccups regarding the casing style and size, but the issue was resolved when I sourced the right casing locally and they credited me back right away for my cost. Even after an accidental damage to one of the screens, Denis made sure to come back later in the evening to install a new one. The next day I was surprised to see another employee pass by to inspect the install and ask if we were happy with their work. He checked that windows were plum and level, and that caulking and trim work was done right. Definitely a trust worthy company.

We have worked with Dermot and Tailoremade Closets 3 separate times over the last 7 years, most recently on a renovation to a newly purchased home. The personal service and dedication to getting it right is what makes it great to work with Dermot. I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Quality and service is rare but you get it with Tailormade.

I would like to thank Gerry for the incredible work he did on his own in 4 days on our condo bathroom. although there were a couple of glitches throughout the process I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Unfortunately the specific terms of the contract caused some headaches but overall the Home Improvement People provided a great contractor to come perform the work

What could this company do to improve their services?
being more clear in their contract as to what is included in the price and what every extra will cost.

Alex and his crew did a geat job with the demo, electrical and flooring repair in our condo kitchen area. Alex is very easy to deal with, always gives you a no non-sense explanation and advice, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. 4 days in and out and then they follow up a few days after to make sure everything is ok. Definitely a contractor I would recommend!!
