When we started looking for electricians to install potlights in our newly built house there were two companies that stood out online. I contacted both and Quality Potlight was by far the most responsive. Moe was polite and quickly answered our questions either through text or phone call. We decided to go with them without hesitation. Majid came to our house to give us a quote and after we agreed on the price we set up a date for the installation. 5 guys came by 830am to install the 35 potlights. They were well organized and we got the new potlights, new dimmers and the three light fixtures all installed by 5pm. There was no mess. We were so happy with the potlights that we asked them to come back to install 6 more potlights . We had one issue with one potlight but they quickly resolved it. Majid kindly changed a switch and added a dimmer and another potlight at no additional cost. The only inconvenience during this process was to set up an inspection with ESA. The inspector would only give an 8am to 4pm window and both the electrician and I have to be home during that time. How do you expect the homeowner and electrician to be at home in an 8am to 4pm window? We have to re-schedule a couple of times and eventually the appointment was sorted and the inspection passed.
