As many people below have shared the same experience we did, we still wanted to write a review about Shaun and Titan Roofworks...words to describe Shaun are professional, dedicated, personable, thorough and outstanding!! We also had a leak and the roof needed to be replaced and Shaun was there quickly providing a quote, with pictures and explained every detailed. And we were totally confident that Shaun would take care of us! Great feeling to have with a vendor!! Thanks again Shaun for everything! We would HIGHLY recommend Titans!!

Hello Janice. Thank you for all the comments posted on myself and the crews. If ever I am to give easy advice, start from the top and work your way down to the next possible leaky areas. The roof was in need of replacement, but also was built with a 'pig valley' or as you refer to this area - 'snow box'. I am stealing your roofing term as mine sound a little offensive to pigs, LOL. Thank you for taking my crews advice as the roof called for a flat membrane opposed to a shingle application due to the low 2:12 slope. It was a little more $ in the end, , and we try our best to hack out all the details at contract signing, but I will never be shy when it takes a little more time and change of job scopes to get it done once and put a leak to bed forever.
