We had a crack in our foundation that resulted in a big basement leak. Mark came out right away and was able to give us a fair quote and timely fix. Everything now is great, stopped the leak and offers a terrific transferable warranty. Highly recommend.

Overall Calibre provided great service and did an excellent job on the electrical work. We were referred to them thru Pioneer Pools in Burlington. Only comment would be overall responsiveness was a bit of challenge in organizing the job and getting some call backs, but nothing that wasn’t rectified by the staff and at the end they delivered exactly what we needed and when. Price comparison was also highly competitive and reasonable given the amount of work onsite. Would definitely use them again.

The backyard of our house was a nightmare. Five different grades, a rotting deck, pond, maple trees out of control and drainage problem. We were looking to change this to a flat and easy to care for back living space that allowed for good drainage and privacy. We recieved quotes from a few local landscaping companies, but really appreciated the up front, honest and risk management-type approach that Burl-oak took. Mark, Lou-ay, Michael and the onsite crew were excellent, right from the responsiveness of the quote to the finishing of the job. In total this massive job took five working days (which was unbelieveable) and looks amazing. We would contract with Burl-oak again without hesitation.

We had a renovation done last year and the crew did not plug up the toilet drain during during demolition. Considerable construction debris, tile, cement went down causing it to clog. We called Alex on a Saturday, they came out right away and located the problem. The following day a crew arrived, excavated a small portion of the basement floor and cleared the pipe. They were so respectful of our space, everything was clean and very professionally done. Although not happy with our contractor, we are very happy to have found this plumbing company and would highly recommend them. Price was very reasonable given the extent of the work. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
