We have used Ron and his team numerous times for both post construction clean and post tenant clean ups. They transformed the properties. Sparkling clean and great attention to detail. I highly recommend to anyone with cleaning jobs.

Marlon has been great! I've worked with him on the last 6 or 7 paint jobs. As a Realtor, we do a lot of painting for our clients when getting their properties ready to sell. Marlon and Encore are my go to painters. They are fast, clean reliable and have great availability. 6 star service!

Ron and his team were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to get our home sparkling after quite a big renovation, which included cutting brick for a new window (and brick dust gets everywhere!). The price was reasonable and they were friendly and considerate. I will be recommending Ron and the team to anyone who needs a thorough and meticulous clean for post-renovation.

We were in need of a very quick quote and paint job for a Real Estate listing. Encore were quick, reasonable, clean and professional. They made a dated 70's home shine, the wood trim to white was a game changer. Not our first time using Encore and certainly won’t be our last. Great experience all around.

I have used Maid4Condos numerous times over the past 5 years. I own a Real Estate Group and part of our services are to have our client's properties professionally cleaned before we list them for sale. Maid4Condos have been an amazing partner. The staff have been friendly and proficient. Most recently Natalia & Mauricio did a great job for us cleaning a small studio condo. It is also very simple and easy to book online.
