I was referred by my buddy Venu from Ajax and I consulted Adriano to get my shutters. I have referred my friend in Ajax who bought a new home and we gave 2 orders to Adriano to complete. To my disappointment, the order was delayed on their first place. My friend had a disappointed house warming as the work did not start as promised and instead they had installed paper shutters. I had to work from home waiting for them to turn up and I had to follow-up every day to understand when they would come to install. The install was finally done partially as one of the window panels was measured wrong and was off by 3 inches and looked ugly. Another ensuite window shutter was not ready since the time we booked the order (10th August 2017). Since August, till date (20th Oct. 2017), I am still struggling to get the job finished. The product is of good quality but the service is terrible. My friend who placed the order along with us, his order is completed however; his warranty is at stake until my final window shutter is installed. I had called Adriano several times (records on phone can be submitted as proof) on 6th Oct. 2017 he said next week he can complete the job and till today there is no news. I am totally fed up to hear the supplier delays stories, QC stories etc., also, I have a safety issue as one of the main floor window cannot be opened as the shutter frame blocks the latch to unlock the window. The shutter inside frame is bit long not allowing the latch to fully open. I am also consulting Durham's home emergency and safety team who took pictures of the unsafe window shutters. Most likely they might send you a notice for manufacturing unsafe window panels. Why do you have to take this crap, complete the work and then you are off the hook. Adriano, please try to be a bit honest and clean-up your customer grievances before you take up new orders. Its pure greed if you are still taking up order wherein you had put us in incomplete state. I would be more than happy to rate 5/5 had you taken care of our needs. What is the use of 20 years warranty when you are not available when we needed help in order to finish the job? How reliable are you or your company?
