I contracted with this firm to replace my eavestroughing. in Oct 2010. After the first rain there were many drips. The worst was that there was a low spot over our patio and the water cascaded down as it overflowed the trough. After many phone calls and broken promises the snow arrived and I had to live with icy sidewalks all winter. Come spring again many phone calls and broken promises they finally came out and fixed 80% of the problems. Again I have left many, many messages and no action to address the remaining issues. I am on my own to fix the problems. Don't use these guys.
