My husband and I purchased a Summitview Home back in 2002 and we have noticed in the past couple of years that the windows have severe condensation in between the window panes. It is only the windows that open (crank windows) which I found kinda odd. I called them to see if it is still under warranty, as far as I have seen most windows come witha 10 - 15 year waranty...Decora only has a 5 year warranty so the receptionist told me. I think this is ridiculous as it is only the windows that open, so that means that something is wrong with those windows...so why doin't they guarantee customer satifaction? Builders try and get the best deal for their pocket not caring about the consumer....That's what I can see...Unfortunately they will not help us and offered their personal "Mr. Fixit" to come and look at the windows for a small cost....Yeah Right! Whatever you do make sure you get the warranty on paper and make sure that it is valid for the 10 - 15 year warranty...Not their supposed 5 year...
