We were searching for an architect when we were looking to build an attic extension. We decided to hire Alex after lengthy research which included talking with many architects and reviewing their portfolios. We had a number of conversations with Alex and met Alex several times in his North York office - a few steps away from Sheppard station. Alex is patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. Cadaxx exceeded my expectation and Alex's team is a real pleasure to work with.

I hired handyman Guo for various small jobs for our condos in downtown Toronto. Jobs included window repair, toilet replacement, thermostat replacement, new light fixtures, painting, IKEA installation, TV mount. Small jobs are tedious. I was pleased with the results. Guo was efficient and communicative.
