I paid for snow removal for the 2022-2023 season. Worst mistake I ever made. Sheldon was very responsive when I was inquiring about the service. Unfortunately, that completely changed after I had paid. It's been a fairly mild season so far with very few snowfalls. The very first snowfall (Jan 25, 2023) was a fair sized one. They didn't show up even though the contract calls for service within 6 hours of snowfall and continuous services every 6 to 12 hours. After 3 days, the snow still wasn't removed and I needed to hire someone else to do it so that I could get out of my driveway. Within that span, I tried to contact them numerous times by phone [which they don't answer and voicemail is full], SMS text and email. After a week, still no response. Since it was fairly clear that they are not going to be reliable, I asked for a refund as they're clearly in breach of the contract but again no response as of yet. Based on the google reviews, it sounds like this is common practice for this company. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for snow removal. I wish I had read the google reviews more closely as their 4.0+ google rating is deceiving.

Called Kozak plumbing for what I thought was a plugged and leaking toilet. They came out early the next morning as the leak was under control and I didn't consider it urgent. It turned out to be much more than i thought as they also found water had backed up from the furnace room drain as well. They helped clean up the water and stayed until the cause of the clog was found and corrected. They also remounted the toilet to address the leak. I will call Kozak again for any future plumbing needs.

Great lawn mowing service. When I first moved into my house, the grass was quite tall. Within a day after requesting service, they were out to cut the lawn and did a great job. They have done a great job each week ever since. Highly recommend.

This was the 3rd time that I went with Arby Cartage and each of the moves went great. As with the previous moves, the team showed up on time and they did an excellent job wrapping the furniture and ensuring that everything made it to the destination in the same (or better) condition and in a timely fashion. They even fixed an issue with my desk as part of the move. I highly recommend Arby Cartage and will be going with them again for any future moves.

Brian evaluated my situation and made suggestions to address my needs. Brandon replaced several door knobs, a dead bolt and rekeyed several locks. Both Brian and Brandon were prompt and did a great job at explaining everything and doing the work. Would definitely contact Protection Plus again for any home security needs.

Called Cozy World in the morning on January 3rd as my furnace had stopped working and needed to be replaced. Robert came out the same morning to assess the furnace and give a quote for the installation of a new furnace, humidifier and media filter box. The same evening, it was installed and I had heat again. Great service. Would definitely deal with Cozy World again.

The assembly was fast but also done very well. They assembled 2 dressers and 3 nightstands in the time it took me to assemble a single 6 drawer dresser. The assembly team was very friendly and even explained some things to watch out for with the furniture that I bought. I will definitely be back in the future for any assembly needs. Thanks!
