We have had extensive landscaping done. Both the installation and maintenance was expensive. Raccoons were digging up the lawn and generally making a mess and destroying what had been beautiful. Black Mask came in and humanely trapped and removed them. They were thorough, easy to work with, and were as sensitive as possible during a stressful time. Thank you! I hired Eureka to assemble some floor-to-ceiling IKEA cabinets and glass doors several years ago. Due to a renovation, the cabinets had to be moved and re-installed. Joel and Kirby made quick work of the reinstall. Their attention to detail in making sure the four cabinets were level, secure, and properly installed was heartening. In just an hour, the four cabinets were re-installed. Nice guys and quality work. I wish all my trades were as easy to deal with. I will be using Eureka again, and as a Realtor, I am happy to refer to my clients. Thank you!!!

I had someone who was hired to complete an installation that lingered over several months. Projector TV was bought at Christmas and still not hooked up to cable in July. I met Dale on a Wed., explained my situation. The job needed finishing, but was not huge. He asked if he could come the next morning to assess. He then returned in 3 days and finished the installation of 3 cable boxes and ran an HDMI cable in the wall. He was prompt, courteous, and a joy to work with. He didn't confuse me with hi-tech talk. My concerns were his main focus. Thank you Dale. I am your biggest fan now. Oh, he didn't even flinch when I said I was travelling in 7 days.... the job was finished in 4 days. He is THE BEST. My faith is renewed in your industry. Forget the rest, hire Dale, he's the BEST. I wish I had found Dale and High-Tech Installations months ago. It would have alleviated a lot of stress.

I have been using Falstaff Electric since 1997. Add lights where none existed, replaced multiple fuse panels with one breaker panel, rewire for kitchen reno, dimmers, outdoor timers, moving and hanging multiple antique chandeliers-- all sorts of jobs big and small. I started with Stu and Kevin, lately Dave and Shawn. They are respectful, careful, suggest what's really needed, and ALWAYS do a quality job. My breaker panel was cheaper than a friends installed by an unlicensed "electrician". Falstaff is the only electrician I would use. Now on my 4th residence with the Falstaff team. Have recommended several times and friends always pleased, too. Thank you Stu, Dave, Kevin, and Shawn. Always the first and only call to be made. AND, they always show up when they say and call to let you know they're on their way. That's priceless.

First Class Service. I hired Eureka after finding them in a search engine. No friend recommendation. No prior knowledge. Boy, was that a good decision. BRAVO!! to Eureka Assembly for their: arriving on time, thoroughness, professionalism, work ethic ,and being a complete pleasure to work with,. In the span of a few hours, my cabinets were aseembled glued, set in place, secured to each other and affixed to studs in the wall. They cleaned up after themselves and completely respected my space house, and time. They even vacummed up the dead leaves which had fallen from my houseplant. If you have something to be assembled, do yourself a favour: Forget the rest and hire the best: EUREKA. It really is that simple. Thank you Peter and Robin.
