We had two very unruly Elderberry Trees (about 10 feet high) that we could not contain ourselves anymore. Despite my own efforts in cutting them back, they would only grow bigger the next year, which my neighbor did not appreciate. I needed help from someone who know their way around trees. Jeremy took the time out of his busy day and came out to have a look and provide me with a quote. That afternoon we scheduled an appointment to get the job done and I was not disappointed. Jeremy and his colleague came out today and our elderberry trees are now in excellent shape for the season to come . They answered all my questions and the work was done in a quick and efficient manner. All the cut branches were neatly stacked on my front lawn awaiting the second team which would put them through the shredder. The second team arrived within 30 minutes after Jeremy left, shredded all the branches and cleaned up my lawn and sidewalk. I am very happy with their work and will be using Open Canopy Tree Services again in the future. Customer service is top-notch which is not always a given nowadays. Highly recommend!!!
