I needed new carpet in our family room and a new heat pump. Sears did a great job on the pricing due to getting both pieces of business, and their installers were great. I'm always pleased when I use them. They are not the cheapest, but consistant and dedicated to resolving any issues in a fair manner. I would use them again.
