Otto's did a great job on our back entrance staircase - concrete steps were crumbling and Otto's came quickly to assess & quote, followed up quickly and scheduled a time to complete the work of replacing the top 2 steps. They completed it on time and on budget and the new steps look amazing and I have a bit of piece of mind. Kind of expensive for 2 steps, but overall very happy.

Val has done most of the plumbing work in our house that has required updating, from a kitchen sink to the stack. This job was yet another to replace a very leaky faucet. Val replaced it and as usual, his work is impeccable.

Called Sobol prior to a reno because the contractors didn't do windows. Archiel was at our house taking measurements within a day (even though he was recovering from nasal surgery) and the window was in ahead of time. Archiel was friendly and informative and offered us different solutions for our windows. We are having them come back to install 5 more windows and a door. Strongly recommend!

Valentin has done a few jobs for us, but the biggest one was replacing a section of our stack that run into the concrete floor. Valentin responded immediately, and had the job done within days. I trust him, very important.

Our contractor uncovered a section of our main stack that was leaking and terribly rusted that continued into the ground and needed to be replaced. I emailed Valentin at midight and he responded the next day and was at our house that afternoon to inspect. He came the following day (Saturday) at 9 am and had the job finished by 2 pm. Beautiful work, reasonable price. The man is awesome!!!!
