Our 16 years old kitchen and bathrooms needed a new facelift for a modernize look. After reviewing and getting quotes from several contractors on homestars, we chose GoldenFinger Renovation. David and Shirley completed the bathrooms and kitchen, in 4 weeks. Communication was never a problem, even though we do not speak Chinese. They are both hard working, meticulously paying attention to every details. Floor was taped, cleaned every afternoon before going home. Our family have been very impressed with the craftsmanship of David. Shirley is indeed a very strong woman and not afraid to lift toilets, sinks, bathtubs, cabinets.... Contacted Zim Group for a quote and Sergei from Carlson Construction came. We agreed on pricing and was able to start work within the same week. Took about 3 1/2 days to get the roofing completed and I didn't have any issues at all. Instant bonding with the working crew and during breaks, supplied coffee and cookies. Before packing up everything, they did a complete sweep for metal debris all around the house. Highly recommend Zim Group. You will not regret it at all
